  • Logbook App

    Do you rarely use your company car for private journeys? Do you nevertheless not yet make use of the logbook rule for the taxation of imputed income, but tax your vehicle after the 1% rule? You could save more than € 1,000 per year using a logbook. Our easy to use Logbook App can entirely or partially replace the handwritten logbook.

    With the Sixt logbook, trips are recorded automatically and can be associated by a simple click:

    1. Journeys are available on the app and an online portal immediately after completion, including time, kilometres travelled and position at the start and end. However, there is no route tracking between the start and end of the trip.
    2. The trip can now be assigned to a purpose: business or pleasure.
    3. As part of your tax return all trips can be covered by a PDF document which is generated and printed, and accepted by the tax authorities.
