  • Please note that inspection and maintenance work can only be carried out in the country where the vehicle is registered.

    Upon presentation of the Sixt Service Card, Sixt Mobility Consulting GmbH takes over the cost specified by the manufacturer for maintenance and inspection work, as well as for the repair of worn parts which occur during normal vehicle use.

    Note for invoicing services:

    • Additives are not covered by Sixt Mobility Consulting GmbH.
    • Always use the cheapest oil prescribed by the manufacturer.
    • Always provide the contract number on invoices (see valid service card).
    • Carry out warranty work for free and place replacement requests with the vehicle manufacturer.
    • Allow parts discounts for fleet customers.
    • Cost of parts surcharges in the UPE of the manufacturer and payments for workshop equipment are not covered by Sixt Mobility Consulting GmbH.
    • Do not include the cost of detergent, small parts, assembly aids, disposal costs, freight, packaging and procurement.
    • Use of the manufacturer's original parts must always be quoted on the invoice with the manufacturer's original parts numbers.

    The following work can be carried out only by prior arrangement with our full service team:

    • Trials, functional tests, tyre replacement, replacement vehicles, glass breakage, accidental damage and painting.
    • Repairs that exceed normal wear and tear.
    • Wheel alignment and adjustment and any kind of vehicle cleaning and engine washing.

    Please note that only works carried out within the scope contemplated by the manufacturer will be paid for. If the scope of your service exceeds this, please obtain an approval number, prior to your work, from our full-service team on the following number:

    Please always send a garage order form/approval for repairs with the invoice (with approval number) and all inspection reports (e.g. UVV, HU/AU).

    Sixt Mobility Consulting Sàrl takes over the cost specified by the manufacturer for maintenance and inspection work, as well as for the repair of worn parts which occur during normal vehicle use. Only works carried out within the scope contemplated by the manufacturer will be paid for.

    Prior to your work, you must obtain an approval number (8 figures) from our Sixt Assistance on the following number:

    All maintenance or tyre repairs have to be approved by Sixt Mobility Consulting Sàrl.

    Not included to the scope of service are:

    • Repairs that exceed normal wear and tear
    • Guard expenses, any kind of vehicle cleaning and engine washing, replacement vehicles
    • Wheel alignment and adjustment and any kind of vehicle cleaning and engine washing.
    • The refill of operating liquids (oil, coolants, brake fluids, etc.) or additives outside of the specified maintenance periods
    • Detergent, small parts, assembly aids, disposal costs, freight, packaging and procurement

    Sixt Mobility Consulting Nederland B.V. takes over the cost specified by the manufacturer for maintenance and inspection work, as well as for the repair of worn parts which occur during normal vehicle use.

    Normally not included to the scope of service are:

    • Accidental or vandalism damage in need of repair.
    • Removal of glass or rust damage or damage to the paintwork.
    • Vehicle or engine washing and paint care.
    • Refill of operating fluids outside of the specified maintenance period
    • Repair of marten damages
    • Balancing of wheels, removal of wheel or rim damages, tyre fittings.
    • Repairs of optional equipment and setups especially repairs/replacement of radio, CD player, navigation system, antenna, hub caps, trims and non-factory installed accessories.

    Note for invoicing services:

    • Always use the cheapest oil prescribed by the manufacturer.
    • Always provide the licence plate number and approval number on invoices.
    • Carry out warranty work for free and place replacement requests with the vehicle manufacturer.

    Sixt Mobility Consulting Österreich GmbH takes over the cost specified by the manufacturer for maintenance and inspection work, as well as for the repair of worn parts which occur during normal vehicle use.

    Normally not included to the scope of service are:

    • Accidental or vandalism damage in need of repair.
    • Removal of glass or rust damage or damage to the paintwork.
    • Vehicle or engine washing and paint care.
    • Refill of operating fluids outside of the specified maintenance period
    • Repair of marten damages
    • Balancing of wheels, removal of wheel or rim damages, tyre fittings.
    • Repairs of optional equipment and setups especially repairs/replacement of radio, CD player, navigation system, antenna, hub caps, trims and non-factory installed accessories.

    For the usage of cash expenses we need to charge handling fees. Therefore please always remember to present the garage order form.

    • The refill of operating liquids (oil, coolants, brake fluids, etc.) outside of the specified maintenance periods only can be paid for when the filling level dropped below the minimum (windscreen water generally not).
    • Carry out warranty work for free and place replacement requests with the vehicle manufacturer..
    • Allow service discounts for fleet customers in accordance to the service agreement with Sixt Mobility Consulting.
    • Always provide the Sixt Mobility Consulting contract number and approval number on invoices.
    • Do not include the cost of small parts, assembly aids and disposal costs.

    The following work can be carried out only by prior arrangement with our full service team:

    • Tyre replacement, replacement vehicles and glass breakage, accidental damage and painting, repairs that exceed normal wear and tear, wheel alignment and adjustment and any kind of vehicle cleaning and engine washing.

    Maintenance repairs which exceed CHF 500,- always have to be approved by the Sixt Mobility Consulting.
